Acrylics Like Oil Paints with Keith Hoffman
Keith Hoffman has been a full time artist for almost 40 years, at first only in watercolor, and then in recent years, in oils. Finding the slow drying period of oils to be frustrating, he turned to acrylics, and has mastered the art of using them in a convincing way to replicate the look of oils. Acrylics are indeed a most versatile medium! Keith will do a demonstration of how he approaches painting a landscape in this manner, and then will offer a critique, after workshop participants have applied themselves to doing a painting in the same manner. Keith looks forward to sharing his long experience as a painter to those with an interest in this fascinating medium.
